How do I use MZVideos?
Simply navigate to the MZVideos Download Page and click on the Download button.
What are the software/hardware requirements to use MZVideos?
- Windows 2000, XP, or Vista
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
- 5 MB Hard Disk space plus 5-15MB per lesson downloaded
- Broadband Internet Connection
- 16 bit sounds card or better
- 128 MB of RAM
How do I download videos?
Log in to MZVideos with your username and password. Navigate within the MZVideos client with the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Select a sport or activity that you are interested in. Next, simply choose a topic of instruction and it will send you directly to a list of instructional videos available for download. You may click PLAY INTRO on any of the videos to view a brief introduction video to each of the lesson series. Use the green back and forward buttons or the labeled tabs at the top left of the screen to navigate your way through the store.
How do I watch the videos that I've purchased?
Once you have downloaded any of our training videos, they will appear within the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the MZVideos client underneath the Store section. Simply click on the sport or activity that you've purchased, select the series, and the videos you've purchased within that series will appear both below the series name in the navigation bar as well as on the screen to the right. Click Play on any of the videos to watch them, and the MZVideos player will automatically open and play the clip.
What is the cost? Are there any hidden subscription fees?
Every one of our instructional videos is a series of lessons pertaining to a particular aspect of each sport or activity. When you select a series in the store, the cost of the series will appear in red to the right. The cost of purchasing the entire series is a discounted price from purchasing each individual lesson within the series separately, which are all starting at just 99¢.
Can I download individual clips from a series instead of purchasing the entire thing?
Yes, when you are on the page of the video series of interest, simply click on "View/Purchase Individual Lessons," and it will navigate you to a page where you can view each individual clip within a series. You may purchase any clip from any series individually, each one starting at just 99¢.
Is there a discount if I want to download an entire series of videos?
Yes, purchasing an entire series of instructional videos will save you 20% off of the price of purchasing the lessons within the series individually.
How does the rating system work?
Within the MZVideos Store, you may click the Rate button under any video series to rate and leave feedback on any of our instructional videos. A webpage will pop up in your browser which will prompt you to rate the series on a scale of 1-5 stars, and also includes space for you to leave any further comments you would like to make about any series.
How do I checkout?
Simply click the Checkout button under your shopping cart which will be on the right-hand side of the MZVideos client. This will take you to a page where you can review the items in your shopping cart and view your total. After you're ready click Checkout Now, and you will be taken to the checkout page. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
How long after purchasing will I have to wait until I can view my MZVideos?
Once payment is completed, your instructional videos will automatically start downloading. You can monitor the download's progress on the bottom of the screen. The speed of your download depends on your internet connection, as well as how many individual clips were included in your purchase (If you purchased an entire instructional video series there may be many individual clips included within). Each individual clip will take around 20 seconds or so to download.
