Eric Sims
Soccer
- Sims was a goalkeeper for the University
of Tampa, and holds records for games played (74) and saves (243).
- His player career includes the professional
ranks where he played A-League ball in Atlanta and Nashville.
- Prior to joining the UT staff for
the 2004 season, Sims was named 5A coach of the year and took his team to the Final
Four.
- In 2003, Sims coached the FACA All-State Team and was an
assistant coach in the college ranks at South Florida.
