Lindsey Koch

Acrobatics & Dance



  • Koch Attended Rosemary’s School of Dance, Annette’s Acrobats and All American Dance Factory with Terri Howell.
  • She is a member of Tampa Bay All-star Cheerleading Team.
  • Since 2002, she has been the leader of the All American Dance Factory Acro Team.
  • Koch graduated from the University of Tampa in 2005 with a BA in Sociology

Jody Reed

Baseball



  • Drafted by the Boston Red Sox and signed in 1984
  • Won Florida State League batting title in 1985 while in the Red Sox minor leagues
  • Broke into the Major Leagues in Sept. 1987
  • Played 11 seasons for Boston Red Sox ’87-’92, Los Angeles Dodgers ’93, Milwaukee Brewers ‘94, San Diego Padres ’95-’96, Detroit Tigers ‘97
  • Played on 3 Division winning championship teams Red Sox ’88 & ’90, Padres ‘96


Gil Patterson

Baseball



  • Drafted in the 1st round of the 1975 amateur draft by the New York Yankees
  • Minor league pitching coach and roving instructor for the Oakland A’s (1991-96), Arizona Diamondbacks (1997-2000)
  • Pitching Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays (2002-2004)
  • Currently serves as minor league pitching coach for the New York Yankees
  • “He's one of the best pitching coaches anywhere, because he knows how hard pitching is, and he knows what a pitcher goes through to get to the big leagues." Al Leiter – Former Major League pitcher 1987-2005


Randy Knorr

Baseball



  • Former Major League catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays (1991-95), Houston Astros (1996-97 and 1999), Florida Marlins (1998), Texas Rangers (2000) and Montreal Expos (2001)
  • Helped the Blue Jays win the 1991 American League Eastern Division and 1992 and 1993 World Series
  • Served as bullpen coach for the Washington Nationals in 2006
  • Currently managing the Potomac Nationals, the Washington Nationals’ Carolina League affiliate

  • Talent, experience, and education have made Chef Paul Mattison a leading success in the culinary business along Florida's Gulf Coast
  • Mattison has received several awards and accolades over the years including Florida Trend's "Golden Spoon Award," the Sarasota Herald Tribune's "Readers' Choice Awards," Sarasota Magazine's Best of the Best, SRQ Magazine's Hot List, and many others.
  • Paul can be seen regularly on ABC's Channel 7 hosting a weekly live cooking segment, "What's For Dinner." As the national spokesperson for Cuisinart Appliances and Cookware. He appears regularly on national television on the Home Shopping Network
  • The Emmy winning regional television show, A Gulf Coast Journal with Jack Perkins, filmed a segment on Chef Paul Mattison, which aired on PBS in 2006.

  • He is the Author of “Inspiration * Motivation * Perspiration”
  • He is a Cofounder of Fast-Edge Sports Performance
  • Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA)
  • Certified Fitness Instructor (ISSA)
  • Certified Specialist In Performance Nutrition (ISSA)
  • Angelin is considered a pioneer in the fitness industry for the last 15 years he has been featured on numerous radio and television programs


Vinny Testaverde

Football & Fitness



  • Vinny Testaverde was signed by the Patriots as a free agent on Novemeber 14th, 2006. Orginally drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with first overall pick in the 1987 draft.
  • In his 20th NFL season and has made 208 career starts in 226 NFL games.
  • Currently ranks in the top 10 in NFL history in four major passing categories: passing yards (6th-45,252), completions (6th- 3,691) touchdown passes (8th – 269) and attempts (7th-6,526).
  • Set an NFL record for the most consecutive seasons with at least one touchdown pass (19 in a game against the Patriots on December 26, 2005).

  • Instructed LPGA players including Jane Geddes, Cindy Mackey, Beth Bauer, Sally Dee (Long Drive Champion)
  • 75% of Junior Students have received collegiate golf scholarships

  • Performance Consultant at the Beardsley School of Golf in Tampa, Florida
  • Recieved graduate degrees in Sport Psychology (M.Ed) and Leadership (Ph.D.) from the University of Virginia and served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach

Pat McCabe

Lacrosse



  • Pat was elected into the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2006
  • He is a four time All-American
  • He has won three NCAA Championships at Syracuse University
  • Played professionally for Long Island Lizards of Major League Lacrosse and the New York Saints of the National Lacrosse League
  • Coached the New York Saints in 2003 and the Anaheim Storm in 2004
  • McCabe represented Team USA in international tournaments in 1988 with the under-19 National Team and the 1998 and 2006 National Teams in the World Lacrosse Championships

Greg Ferry

Tae Kwon Do



  • Began his training under an original Korean master in 1977
  • Currently a 7th degree master in the ITF style of Tae Kwon Do
  • Other rankings include a black belt in Hapkido and a brown belt in Gracie-style Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
  • Owns and operates Central Iowa Martial Arts in Des Moines, Iowa

Eric Sims

Soccer



  • Sims was a goalkeeper for the University of Tampa, and holds records for games played (74) and saves (243).
  • His player career includes the professional ranks where he played A-League ball in Atlanta and Nashville.
  • Prior to joining the UT staff for the 2004 season, Sims was named 5A coach of the year and took his team to the Final Four.
  • In 2003, Sims coached the FACA All-State Team and was an assistant coach in the college ranks at South Florida.


Scott Bower

Soccer



  • Bower played NCAA soccer for both Stetson University and Clemson University.
  • He played USF First Division soccer with the Portland Timbers
  • He is a former member of the United States U-23 National Team.
  • Bower is currently a Division 1 soccer coach with Hillsborough County United.

  • Three-time All-American at Fresno State and Arizona


Mark Doran

  • Works with the USA and Greek National Olympic players
  • Starred as the catcher in the 20th Century Fox movie "Rookie of the Year"
  • Played for the California Angels organization
  • Played both football and baseball for University of Wisconsin
